CX Swap Calculator is a tool that validates crew swap requests against Cathay Pacific's rules and regulations. It checks 10+ core rules including rest requirements, consecutive duty limits, and language requirements.

You need to upload:

• Your roster: Full month PDF or image
• Partner's roster: Two images covering 2 weeks (1 week before + 1 week after swap date)

Our validation covers 98% of core rules including:

• 14-day rest requirements (2 consecutive days off)
• Consecutive duty limits (6 days maximum)
• 14-day duty hours (103 hours maximum)
• Language requirements (based on 380+ flight database)
• Submission deadlines (3 days before swap)

Note: Some 28-day rules cannot be verified with only 2 weeks of partner data.

Each flight has specific language requirements based on the destination. For example:

• CX434 (ICN): Cantonese 2+, Putonghua 1+, Korean 2+
• CX500 (NRT): Cantonese 2+, Putonghua 1+, Japanese 1+

You must confirm that the crew after swap meets these requirements.

No! All roster data and flight information is processed in your browser only. We do NOT store:

• Roster files or screenshots
• Flight assignments
• Personal schedule information
• Crew lists or names

We only store your account information (username, email) for authentication purposes.

New accounts start as Inactive. To activate:

1. Complete payment via bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Revolut
2. Send payment confirmation to us via the contact form below
3. We'll activate your account within 24 hours

Note: We do not have automatic payment processing. All activations are manual.

Check the detailed results to see which rules were violated:

• Red (❌): Rule violation - swap cannot proceed
• Yellow (⚠️): Warning - review carefully but may proceed
• Green (✅): Rule passed

You may need to choose a different swap date or partner to satisfy all requirements.

CX Swap Calculator is a validation tool to check if your swap meets the requirements before official submission. It is NOT an official swap submission system.

You must still submit your swap through official Cathay Pacific channels.
